As well as our business operations, we also proactively engage in corporate citizenship\/social contribution activities, working to help solve problems that affect both local and international communities, and contribute to the development of a sustainable society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entered into the”Sustainable Rice Partnership”:Regional Circular Agriculture Model<\/strong>
<\/strong>We have entered into the \u201cSustainable Rice Partnership,\u201d a regional circular agriculture support initiative promoted by the specific non-profit organization Green Days Japan. This initiative aims to address the social challenges of revitalizing abandoned farmland and the shortage of agricultural workers.
We will develop collectively managed farmland in Tamba-Sasayama City, Hyogo Prefecture, as \u201cNEOJAPAN Farm (tentative name).\u201d Under the guidance of Green Days Japan\u2019s experienced agricultural staff, athletes will revitalize abandoned farmland and produce high-quality rice. The harvested rice will be delivered to employees as a benefit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting the Activities of the UN World Food Programme (WFP)<\/strong>
<\/strong>We endorsed the UN World Food Programme (UN WFP)\u2019s \u201cSchool Meals Support\u201d initiative and made a donation to the certified NPO, the UN WFP Association. Additionally, we have been supporting the UN WFP Association as a council member since January 2026. In November 2025, we hosted a seminar for executives organized by the UN WFP Association, renewing our commitment to how our organization can contribute toward achieving a world free from hunger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volunteering and Running in the Yokohama Marathon<\/strong>
<\/strong>Since 2022, we have participated in the Yokohama Marathon as water station volunteers and runners, aiming to contribute to the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donating Food and Drinking Water to Food Banks<\/strong>
<\/strong>Since 2023, we have been donating food and drinking water to Food Banks when partially replacing our disaster preparedness stockpiles. The donated food is intended for use by non-profit organizations and government agencies supporting individuals in need of food assistance.
We will continue to prepare for disasters to ensure stable business continuity while also working to reduce food waste and engage in activities that contribute to society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hometown communication site<\/span><\/strong>
We provide and operate the hometown communication site “Furucomu” that conveys the charm of prefectures for the purpose of further revitalizing the region.
We would like to provide an opportunity to experience the charm of the area and to convey the charm of the area to the local people who live in the area so that we can dig up the goodness of the area and review it.<\/p>\n\n\n

In-House Dementia Supporter Training Seminars<\/span><\/strong>
<\/strong>As part of our social contribution activities, we have begun holding Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare-promoted Dementia Supporter Training Seminars for our employees. We are building connections with local efforts to deepen understanding of dementia, help sufferers of dementia themselves, and assist their family members in balancing the act of care with their work.<\/p>\n\n\n
