New technology creates and expands the market1 New technology creates and expands the market

Aiming for ongoing growth

NEOJAPAN ICT tools are popular with many customers seeking easy-to-use business tools. We achieve this balance by placing the utmost value on input and feedback from our customers during product development. We provide server installation type and cloud service type products to meet customer needs. Government agencies and large organizations primarily use our server-based tools, and small and medium-sized organizations use our cloud service. Our products were being used by a cumulative 5.0 million users (as of August 2023). We are capturing growing users and market share.

We will continue to develop new products and invest in the next growth with the profits obtained from the use of our products and feedback from the market. Recognizing that we are a provider of ICT tools that are indispensable for workers, we aim to achieve sustainable growth by continuing this cycle to further expand our business.

Expand and develop a nationwide cloud service

The advent of 5G internet and spread of cloud computing are set to transform the IT industry. Until now, Groupware* has been implemented into large companies. Now that cloud service is common, this will allow groupware* implementation to companies of all sizes. Therefore, NEOJAPAN will gradually expand its sales bases and distribution partners nationwide. We plan to increase sales by focusing on products offering low-cost installation and easy-to-use cloud service with the aim to accumulate 10 million users.

Initiatives for the system development service business and SI business

Advance in IoT technology are triggering a rapid evolution in user needs. Securing talented engineers and adding new knowledge and innovations are essential to developing and offering products and services that meet emerging and evolving needs. NEOJAPAN took a major step to fortify its offerings by bringing in system integration specialist Pro-SPIRE Inc. as a subsidiary in 2019. We will use the synergies in the business domains of both businesses. When we introduce our products, such as desknet's NEO, we will use Pro-SPIRE’s human resources and knowledge to acquire peripheral system development projects. Pro-SPIRE’s system development service business will be used to expand the use of our business brand.

New initiatives for the global market

NEOJAPAN is constructing a global network that will be the foundation for medium- and long-term business growth. In 2019, we established DELCUI Inc. to advance our product planning, development, and sales as well as to foster alliances in California in the United States.

In addition, with the aim of entering the Southeast Asian market, where there is a strong affinity with Japanese groupware culture and further utilization of ICT tools is expected, we established a joint venture company, NEOREKA ASIA Sdn Bhd, in Malaysia in December 2019, and in February 2021, NEO THAI ASIA Co, Ltd. in February 2021. These partnerships will be a catalyst for expanding our sales and business overseas by enabling us to develop and introduce new and customized products catered to a broader market. We will also acquire and foster excellent local technical human resources to further invigorate our technological development capabilities
